The Terms & Conditions outlined herein constitute the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”), Product Terms & Conditions (“PTC”), Service Level Agreements (“SLA”), and Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applicable to all services offered by InspireIT Network Solutions Pvt. Ltd. By subscribing to or utilizing any service provided by InspireIT Network Solutions, the customer acknowledges and agrees to comply with the terms, policies, and operational guidelines defined herein.
These terms govern the usage of Internet Services, Enterprise Connectivity, Managed IT Infrastructure, Network Security Solutions, Telecom Infrastructure, and all associated technology solutions delivered by InspireIT Network Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between documents, the following order of precedence shall apply:
(i) Subscriber Registration Form (SRF)
(ii) Product Terms & Conditions (PTC)
(iii) Service Level Agreement (SLA)
(iv) General Terms & Conditions (GTC)
